Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How it works

Start your return from your account. Once it’s approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. A flat $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. When your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method, less the fee. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Need a different size?

Place a new order for the size you want and return the original. You’ll get your new size fastest this way, rather than waiting on a round trip.

Order issues

If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within seven days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you, return shipping included.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships from your account. Once it’s shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but it can be returned once it arrives.
