Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Need something sent elsewhere? Contact us and we’ll look into shipping options for your location.

Processing

Orders ship within two business days. Orders placed after 12pm PT begin processing the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and tracking information as soon as it ships.

Rates and speeds

Standard and expedited shipping are both available. Rates and estimated delivery dates for your address appear at checkout. Orders of $350 or more ship free with standard shipping ($450 for Alaska and Hawaii).

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order any time before it ships from your account. Once an order has shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it. Our standard return policy applies once it arrives.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is missing or something’s wrong with your delivery, contact us within seven days and we’ll work with the carrier and our shipping insurance to make it right.

Return policy

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How it works

Start your return from your account. Once it’s approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. A flat $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. When your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method, less the fee. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Need a different size?

Place a new order for the size you want and return the original. You’ll get your new size fastest this way, rather than waiting on a round trip.

Order issues

If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within seven days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you, return shipping included.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships from your account. Once it’s shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but it can be returned once it arrives.
