We believe in providing a website that works for everyone, and we’re continually working to improve its accessibility and usability. Standard

This site partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Partially conforms means some parts of the site don’t yet fully meet the standard, and we’re actively working to close those gaps.

What’s been done

We tested the site using a combination of automated scanning and manual review, covering every page template. Testing is ongoing, and we review accessibility as new pages and features are added.

The mobile navigation menu is undergoing final assistive-technology testing. Automated and keyboard testing have passed, and a screen reader review is still in progress.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following area that doesn’t yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we’re working to address it:

Videos on the homepage and on product pages play automatically and loop, with no way to pause them. A pause control has been designed and we’re working to add it.
